Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. (BRI) owns and manages 441 units of HUD-subsidized apartments for low-income seniors and disabled persons. Tenants pay a percentage of their income for a very nice place to live--preserving their dignity and avoiding substandard housing or homelessness.

Our apartments are subsidized through the federal Section VIII program. Residents pay no more than 30 percent of their income for rent and utilities. Each building has on-site staff, 24-hour maintenance service, laundry facilities and clean apartments.

All persons will be treated fairly and equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, familial status, handicap, or national origin in compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission or access to, or treatment
or employment.
