• First-time Homebuyer Counseling and Workshops to explain the home buying process from start to finish. All sessions are provided in English and Spanish.

• Default Mortgage Counseling for homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgages, and

• Reverse Mortgage Counseling for seniors who wish to access the equity in their home while continuing to live there.
