Brothers Redevelopment offers Reverse Mortgage Counseling for senior homeowners who wish to access the equity in their homes while still living there. Through the program, our housing counselors work with seniors to make an independent, informed decision about their pursuit of a reverse mortgage.

Specifically, our counselors focus on helping seniors fully understand the benefits of obtaining a reverse mortgage while also understanding implications of obtaining a reverse mortgage.

Reverse mortgage counseling is required by HUD for all FHA reverse mortgages. Homeowners can call 303-202-6340 to set an appointment. Counseling provided in English and Spanish.
