Senior with DoctorBrothers Redevelopment provides a variety of affordable housing options for more than 500 low-income seniors and families at 12 properties located throughout the Denver metro area. These federally-subsidized independent living complexes provide a safe, secure and comfortable setting for those in need. At a few of our properties, we also work with other nonprofit and service agencies to provide more extensive health and wellness, recreation and transportation services.

By making these homes available to qualified residents, ‘Brothers’ provides a valuable service to a burgeoning senior population while helping the region address one of its most pressing challenges.
Property Management

Our oversight and management of these units also ensures that residents’ basic housing needs are met and that conditions are in compliance with federal housing standards established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

For Brothers Redevelopment, resident safety and comfort is a top priority. A majority of our properties have on-site managers and maintenance personnel to address issues promptly. All properties also see regular inspections and audits — ensuring sound stewardship and transparency.

Our oversight and ownership of these senior-oriented complexes also provides ‘Brothers’ a regular stream of earned-income — helping to offset some of the costs associated with the agency’s other important housing programs.
