HUD Reg'l Administrator Rick Garcia visits BRI to announce $41.2 million program for state's unemployed homeowners

HUD Regional Administrator Rick Garcia visited Brothers Redevelopment on Wednesday to announce a new emergency assistance program for unemployed homeowners. Colorado is slated to receive $41.2 million through new program, which will offer forgiveable, deferred payment bridge loans for up to $50,000 for eligible borrowers.
