Brothers Redevelopment's recurring segment on KUSA's Colorado and Company, "Hammer Time" recently celebrated its second birthday on the mid-morning gabfest. 

During the program, which airs 10 to 11 a.m. weekdays on channel 9, Brothers Redevelopment's Home Maintenance and Repair Program Director Jason Stutzman shares tips and tricks for common household repairs with viewers along host Denise Plante.  Over the past two years, Jason has visited the show every few weeks to teach viewers how to tackle a variety of home repair, from window screen replacement to weatherization techniques. 

According to show producer and co-host Tawnya Rush, the segment has been well received by viewers thanks to Stutzman's on-camera charisma.

"From his first appearance, I knew Jason would be a great fit for the show," Rush said. "He's always so natural and informative..  His appearances are so positive because he's spreading the word about Brothers Redevelopment."
