DENVER, Oct. 7, 2014 – Brothers Redevelopment, Inc., a long-established Denver-based housing nonprofit, has acquired the 20-unit Servicios Housing community in northwest Denver. The property at 1935 W. 46th Ave. was previously owned by Servicios de la Raza.

Located off of Tejon Street in the historic Sunnyside neighborhood, the tenants have enjoyed easy access to transit and proximity to parks and nearby retail. (Read more)

Home Maintenance & Repair helps aging in place
There’s no place like home. WHO DO YOU KNOW that might be contemplating a move out of their home because they are no longer able to navigate the front porch … or doorways because their mobility is now reliant upon a wheelchair … or they are afraid to take a bath for fear of falling? The Brothers Home Maintenance and Repair construction team are experts in helping homeowners who are senior or disabled stay in their own homes for as long as possible. Thanks to many local governments, we have funding to make FREE improvements for qualifying homeowners in many communities and counties, such as Sheridan, Thornton, Arapahoe County and Jefferson County.
